I’m Reagan Laird, I’m 24 years old and I started Broken Luggage Productions with my lifelong friend Olivia Hays and my sister Tatum Laird. I’m a videographer, animator, photographer, and editor. I graduated Cum Laude from LSU’s College of Art and Design with a Bachelor of Art. I was the head videographer and photographer for the School of Art all throughout my college career. I’ve been passionate about making videos since I was a kid, so I’ve never stopped doing what I love.
Some noteworthy accomplishments in my career so far include facilitating the collaboration between the LSU School of Art and the LSU Football team to create the Jayden Daniels Heisman campaign video. I work closely with Dr. Darius A. Spieth, professor of Art History at LSU, on several French Art History documentaries with well known French artists such as Marie Hugo, Michel Haillard, Vincent Darré, Catherine Baba, and Louvre Curator Blaise Ducos.
This work has led to several trips to France where I first had the honor of filming a private event in the Louvre at the age of 22. Since then I have been working on a variety of French projects and have fallen in love with French culture and art. These projects and documentaries are my main priority and focus. With help from Rod Parker, Dr. Darius Spieth, Marie Hugo, Lawson Ota, Olivia Hays, and my amazing family I have been able to further this pursuit and follow my life’s dream.
