Reagan Laird
I’m Reagan Laird, a 25-year-old videographer, animator, photographer, editor, and creative director, as well as the owner of Broken Luggage Productions. I graduated cum laude from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of Art & Design.
During my time at LSU, I had the privilege of serving as the lead videographer and photographer for the School of Art, where I refined my skills in visual storytelling and content creation. My passion for filmmaking began when I was a child and has continued to shape both my personal and professional life. Creating videos has always been more than a hobby, it’s a lifelong pursuit that has evolved into a career built around doing what I love every day.
Tatum Laird
My name is Tatum Laird, and I am a 21-year-old student in Louisiana State University’s College of Art & Design, where I am studying painting and drawing with the goal of becoming a professional art conservator and restorer. From kindergarten through high school, I was selected to participate in gifted arts programs, where my passion and talent for painting and drawing were continually nurtured.
In addition to my studies, I work on the digital media team for the LSU School of Art, where I film and photograph exhibitions, events, and campus activities. Through both traditional and digital mediums, I strive to combine creativity, technical skill, and a lifelong appreciation for the arts as I prepare for a career dedicated to preserving artistic works for future generations.

These early experiences helped shape both her creative vision and technical skills, laying the foundation for her continued growth as a visual artist and content creator.

Lawson Ota is language activist and foreign language instructor who has devoted his career to the preservation of Louisiana's heritage languages, namely Louisiana Creole and Louisiana French. He is proud to have shared the French and Louisiana Creole languages with hundreds of students over the course of his career. He is also the founder
Lawson Ota is language activist and foreign language instructor who has devoted his career to the preservation of Louisiana's heritage languages, namely Louisiana Creole and Louisiana French. He is proud to have shared the French and Louisiana Creole languages with hundreds of students over the course of his career. He is also the founder of Tours by Marguerite (2019-2025) which offered fact-based, engaging tours of New Orleans' historic places in French and English. Since 2021, Lawson Ota has offered classes in Louisiana Creole and organized a bi-weekly language table (Latab Kréyòl) to support heritage speakers and other enthusiasts in defending this endangered language.
